Mela and Przemek come to Warsaw to take care of an uncle’s apartment, which turns out not only to be luxurious, but also magical. Melania researches the building’s history and discovers that, prior to World War 2, it used to house a German embassy. An elevator in the building, apart from transporting tenants between floors, can also be used to travel back in time, from August 2012 to August 1939.
