Will the wedding happen this time? Weronika and Łukasz, the would-be bride and groom from the first part, decide to give themselves a second chance and invite their family to a wedding and reception in a seaside village. Among the guests are the characters we already know well: Wanda and Tadeusz with their dog Mirelka, as well as divorced Małgorzata, accompanied by… Jan, who is a few years younger, and her mother. The sea, drinks and naked beachgoers make the bride and groom’s family members open up more and more and drop their masks.
“In-laws 2” is a continuation of the comedy hit “In-laws”, which was very well received by both viewers and critics.
The film was produced in Poland with financial support under the Act on Financial Support for Audiovisual Production, granted by the Polish Film Institute from the funds of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
