“Jestem Twoją Bajką” (“I Am Your Fairy Tale”) is the first song promoting the film “Kleks Academy”. The track performed by sanah has been given a unique, fairy-tale music video in which the artist takes us on a journey to the furthest corners of our memory — into a world of extraordinary, emotional experiences. “Kleks Academy” arrives in cinemas on 5 January.
Slightly older viewers already know “Jestem Twoją Bajką” from Zdzisława Sośnicka’s rendition, but for most of the younger generation this will probably be their first encounter with the song. In every version, its moving lyrics and fairy-tale mood conjure up our most beautiful childhood memories. It is a musical time machine that, for a few minutes, carries the listener back to the carefree world of childhood — its games, first joys and beautiful dreams.

ABOUT THE FILM “KLEKS ACADEMY”
“Kleks Academy” is a modern-day take on Jan Brzechwa’s classic tale — one that speaks to the youngest viewers through its story and form, while also entering into a dialogue with older audiences who still remember the cult screen adaptation of the 1980s. The film tells the story of a seemingly ordinary girl — Ada Niezgódka — who arrives at the titular Academy to discover a world of fairy tales, imagination and creativity. With the help of a brilliant, madcap teacher, Professor Ambroży Kleks, she develops her amazing abilities and picks up a trail that will help her unravel her family’s greatest mystery…
Tomasz Kot stars as Ambroży Kleks, with Antonina Litwiniak as Ada Niezgódka. Piotr Fronczewski also appears in the film as the mysterious Doctor.
The screenplay was written by Krzysztof Gureczny and Agnieszka Kruk. “Kleks Academy” is directed by Maciej Kawulski. The film is produced by Open Mind Production and distributed by NEXT FILM.
