The start of 2026 brings changes to the management board of NEXT FILM. Kinga Rybarczyk, the former CEO, has taken up the position of deputy CEO at the company, which is part of the Agora Group.

2025 was the best year in NEXT FILM’s history – record attendance and our position as market leader form the foundation on which we intend to build further. “My priority will be to fully harness the potential arising from the convergence of the worlds of film and music. Building synergies between these areas will allow us to create even more comprehensive entertainment projects and strengthen our competitive advantage,” comments Kinga Rybarczyk.

In his new role, he will oversee the company’s strategic development and strengthen its leading position amongst producers and distributors of Polish cinema.

About Kinga Rybarczyk

Kinga Rybarczyk brings over two decades of experience in the media and film industry to NEXT FILM. She has been with the company for nine years – she started as managing director and was promoted to the position of CEO in April 2025.

She spent the early stages of her career at leading Polish newspapers, including *Gazeta Wyborcza*, Gazeta.pl and *Rzeczpospolita*, where she managed major projects and teams. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw.

A record-breaking year for NEXT FILM

The year 2025 brought the company historic success. The films it distributed – “In-Laws 3”, “Kleks and Filip Golarz’s Invention”, “100 Days Until the A-Levels”, “The Altar Boys” and “Friz & Wersow. Love in the Time of Online” – attracted a total of almost 5.3 million cinema-goers. As a result, NEXT FILM became the leader in Polish film distribution for the second year running, with a 40% market share.

In 2026, cinema-goers will be able to see, among others: *Wielka Warszawska*, *Piep*zyć Mickiewicza 3*, *Za duży na bajki 3*, *Czas, który nie nadszedł* and NEXT FILM’s original production *Nasza rewolucja*.
