“TOO OLD FOR FAIRY TALES 3”, directed by Kristoffer Rus, is the third instalment of the beloved family series that has won the hearts of audiences not only in Poland but also beyond its borders. The film hits cinema screens on 6 March 2026, and today we present the teaser announcing what lies ahead for Waldek, Staszek and Delfina. Returning to the screen are Maciej Karaś, Amelia Fijałkowska, Patryk Siemek, Karolina Gruszka, Dorota Kolak and Paweł Domagała. New characters will also appear – the cast has been joined by, among others, Borys Szyc.
Waldek has had enough – chaos at home, drama online, and his gaming team is falling apart. In the heat of the moment he does something stupid – he posts a spiteful comment… and unknowingly sets off an avalanche of hate that hits one of the people closest to him – Delfina. Crushed by the weight of his own mistake, Waldi cannot bring himself to admit to Staszek or to his family that it was he who started the chain of hatred. But when the situation begins to threaten Delfina’s safety, the boy knows he has to act, and he stands up to fight – not only against the haters, but also against his own fear. Will Waldek find the courage to own up? Will he manage to save the friendship? And can a single comment online really destroy someone’s life?
“Too Old for Fairy Tales 3” shows what happens when children try to deal on their own with problems that even adults cannot solve on the spot. With humour and tenderness, the film speaks about the contemporary challenges each of us faces – from cyberbullying to difficult family relationships.
The film once again features Maciej Karaś, Amelia Fijałkowska, Patryk Siemek, Karolina Gruszka, Dorota Kolak and Paweł Domagała. A few new characters will also appear – the cast has been joined by, among others, Borys Szyc, who plays a police officer.
– I recommend “Too Old for Fairy Tales 3” to whole families. It is a film best watched precisely that way, together – going to the cinema, spending time with one another and, at least for a moment, escaping the daily rush, which is becoming harder and harder these days – says Borys Szyc about the film. And how was working with the young cast? – Brilliant! Young actors have the great advantage that they simply want it, and working with people like that is fantastic. They are talented, cheerful, full of energy and very committed – the actor adds.
