Kasia Sienkiewicz, known from the duo Kwiat Jabłoni, is making her film debut – she can be heard in the Polish-language version of “The Elfkins”. Today we are presenting the video for “Elfi styl”, and the most elf-tastic film of the year hits cinemas on 9 July!
Kasia Sienkiewicz says this about her work on the dubbing:
– Getting to record the voice of the film’s main character, Elfie, was an unexpected twist of fate for me and, as it turned out, an exceptional pleasure. I had a wonderful time in the dubbing studio, because “The Elfkins” is a cheerful story full of good emotions and humour, so I hope children will enjoy the film at least as much as I did.
An adventure for the youngest viewers!
“The Elfkins” is cinema for the youngest audiences – they will find wild adventures, humour and a wise message in it. It is a warm tale about how kindness can soften even the most hardened hearts.
What is the film about? For more than 200 years, the Elfkins lived underground, hiding from humans. But one day the elfkin Elfie can no longer bear the cramped conditions and the lack of daylight. Together with two companions, she ventures out to the surface in search of something new. Many amusing adventures await them there, and they strike up a friendship with someone very special – Theo the pastry chef. All of this will remind the Elfkins of their true purpose in life: helping others.
