STRANGE HEAVEN

Basia (Agnieszka Grochowska) and Marek (Bartłomiej Topa) live in Sweden. A single innocent lie leads to a flurry of suspicion and results in Swedish social services secretly taking away their beloved daughter, and placing her in a foster home. The child’s love for her mother is put to the test. The couple must face ruthless beaureucracy, which has no regard for human feelings. Basia i Marek engage in a dramatic struggle to recover their daughter, dangerously balancing on the edge of the law.
